Remey’s Inspirations 04
Hi hi!
I’m in the midst of Lunar New Year celebrations, traveling, prepping for From Remey: A Voice Journal Season 3 (yes, we are about to resume our program very soon!) On top of all that, I’m also getting more involved in the design scene in SF. I’m going to 2-3 events every week, and I’m even planning my own events in the next few months. So yeah, life is pretty hectic! I’m finding myself juggling between my full-time career and my creative hobby. It’s a lot of prioritizing and strategizing, because there is no way I can give equal attention toward everything all the time. I’m learning a lot about my values during this busy season, which I will share soon, once I have time to reflect!
In the mean time, here are my inspirations for this week. Hope these will inspire you as well!
With love, Remey

Coffee shop raves

Not a real rave, but I do love how coffee shops are putting on these DJ sets. There’s one in SF called HEDGE COFFEE that has a lineup of local DJs every weekend. Now that I don’t go out as often (unless it’s a wine bar or a vineyard in Napa), I really enjoy drinking coffee and reading a magazine while a DJ is spinning in the background. I can dress cute, I can hear what people are saying to me, and I don’t have to worry about hangovers!
Fashion
Loud scarves
It’s been so so cold in SF, and even colder on the East Coast, which means it’s the perfect time to wear the biggest and brightest scarf! I got this exact scarf in Multi-Beige at an EcoTown in Southern California for half the retail price, but I kind of wish I had saved up for this hot pink one. Nothing energizes me more than bright colors in the winter!
