Hi friends!
I finally went outside! The cold is gone for the most part so I went outside for the first time this summer. I checked out a new restaurant in the city and went to 2 DJ events in SF and Oakland - all in 1 night! It’s been while since I last went to the club, and let me tell you, clubbing is much more comfortable in Doc platforms than in heels 😂
I still have a cough so I only had 1 drink the entire night. I was able to clean my apartment and went for a jog the next day. Oh yeah, I’m back on cardio now! My body is struggling a bit after months of no cardio/weight training, but I need to get back on that. I think yoga has been a great addition, so I’ll need to come up with a new workout routine. I slept like a baby after jogging for 2 days straight. I’ve been sleeping extremely poorly since pausing my workouts for physical therapy. I guess I can’t be lazy even if I try!
Overall, it’s been a very nice weekend! A good mix of fun and productivity without going too hard. This cold has forced me to slow down and rest after a very stressful Spring, so I’m going to let myself fully reset before GOING BACK TO SCHOOL! Omg. I’m taking a class this Fall. I might take one more class - TBD. I also want to host another professional event soon, so we’ll see how hectic this Fall will be. I already feel stressed thinking about this, so hopefully I’ll learn my lesson and won’t go too hard later this year 😅
Anyway, I hope you’re having a fun and relaxing summer! I’m still wearing jackets here in SF so please send some sunshine my way!

If you’re into trash reality TV, this is a great show to get into. I don’t know how things can get messier than everything that happened on the show. It’s actually too much for me so I can only watch a little bit at the time 😅 Apparently the show is canceled, so cherish the mess one last time!

I think a bit of sparkles on the eyes can really elevate the dewy makeup look. I recently swatched the Patrick Ta eyeshadow duo in “Always On Your Mind” and I loveeee the wet metallic look! The formula is also super creamy and blendable, so you might not even need brushes if you’re into the grungy, undone vibes.
I know there were a lot of talks about how expensive these eyeshadows are when they first got released. Honestly I wouldn’t buy them at full price, but there is a 20% discount on Patrick Ta website so now is the chance to grab these!
