Me IRL 😂
It just hits me how exhausted and relieved I feel this week now that I’m done with my industry events.
I did a lot in the past few months. I organized and moderated my first industry panel. I co-led another industry event for SF Design Week. All while navigating changes at work and healing from injuries. My routine is flipped upside down to accommodate all these changes, and it’s been tough on my body and mind.
I think the biggest hurdle when navigating changes is the mental load it takes to adapt. Starting a new routine requires planning, shifting priorities around, balancing personal needs, while staying on top of typical life admin tasks. I didn’t realize how tired I was until I fell asleep in yoga 😭
I’m moving a lot slower this week. I’m giving myself a chance to not be productive after months of high productivity. I’m going to cook more healthy meals and add more movements into my weekly routine. You know, basic self-care things.
It’s going to be a soft summer. I’m craving beach days, linen pants, sun-kissed skin, and no plans. NO PLANS!
Let me make that happen. Until then, wait for me! I’ll be back on the pod very soon!

World Cup 2026 Opening Ceremony - Mexico

I watched all of the World Cup opening ceremonies and I have to say, this is my favorite performance out of all. I love how Mexico incorporated cultural traditions and rituals into their ceremony. It reminded me of how Australia also incorporated indigenous traditions in the 2026 AFC Women’s Asian Cup Opening Ceremony (which I unfortunately cannot find on YouTube). It’s such a beautiful way to pay respect to the culture and the land.

I don’t know what the hell is going on these days. I’m spending more time finding inspirations, making things, and hanging out with my cat Shibu.
Shibu went to the vet recently and he was not afraid at all! I’m trying to expose Shibu to the outside world so that he can be a travel cat.

The girls are making boring jerseys so cute!!! I’ve been really into this whole sporty tomboy vibes and this fit? LOVE! I love menswear, and matching the suit with the jersey is so cute! I already have a fave women’s soccer team (Nadeshiko Japan), so now I need to figure out which men’s team to stan so I could buy a jersey.
